I think for the first time in my 9 years of therapy, psychology classes, psychology books and psych papers, psych and developmental classes, conversations processing my narc and other traumas... I think now, for the first time, I finally understand what the term "break through" means. And we have had a grand total of TWO sessions together so far. And... to be honest... after the first one, I was already AT "breakthrough", but it was so unfamiliar to me that it took me until now to realize what it was and be able to name it. That's a pretty cool success I'd say.

Stephen was so great and patient during my session. I really felt both a mental and spiritual shift, and afterwards I felt so much lighter than I was before. I've been struggling with anxiety and a lack of motivation. After our session, I felt a lot more confident to get things done, and tasks that seemed too hard to tackle before became far less daunting. I'd recommend Stephen to anyone in need of help with their mental health.
